Hana Nguyen has been working for 16 years, 12 focusing on human resources management for various industries, including IT, finance, investment, F&B, logistics, retail, distribution, outsourcing services, and construction. In Vietnam and New Zealand, she was involved in multiple HR functions and administration management, from compensation and benefits to recruitment and selection, from training and development to work culture development, etc. Hana holds a Master of Business and Management from the University of Waikato, New Zealand and a Bachelor of Finance and Banking from the University of Economics, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
